One thing about college that is bad is that I left a lot of things at home. I have a niece that is turning 3 in Novemeber that lives with me and that i have seen grow up since she was born. I also have left the rest of my family and friends. But what really has been tough is that I have a girlfriend back at home. Now I really love this girl and she loves me back but it is gonna be hard to make this work. I have had friends do it and they have been together for 3 years so I know it can happen. I hope we can make it through because this girl means the world to me. I'm going home this weekend and I can't wait to see her, I mean we talk everyday but it is not the same. It will be rough with this college thing but I am completely sure that we are going to stay together. Because in the end love always prevails, now I know that this is pretty cliche but in this case it is the truth.

My name is Troy LaDue. I recently graduated from Brockport High School and now attending SUNY Cortland majoring in communications. I play hockey, well actually it is my life for the most part I wouldn't know what to do without it. I am extremely family and friend oriented. I have amazing friends, in fact 2 of my best friends and I call ourselves the tripod because if you knock out one of us we all fall.
